From the call to 111 to being discharged we have been treated with compassion, respecting and been fully informed in every step of the way. We have been treated as individuals in a very stressful time. Well done everyone.
Suggested improvements
No one wants to care to hospital, especially with a child but the way the nurses paramedics doctors are made it less stressful and was incredibly reassuring.
